    Haridwar – Rishikesh Tour 3 Days

    Day 1: Arrival in Haridwar – Temple Tour & Ganga Aarti

    Upon arrival at Haridwar Railway Station or Dehradun Airport, our driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Check-in, refresh, and take some time to unwind after your journey.

    In the afternoon, embark on a spiritual exploration of Haridwar by visiting revered temples, including:

    • Mansa Devi Temple, perched atop Bilwa Parvat, offering panoramic city views.
    • Chandi Devi Temple, a sacred shrine dedicated to Goddess Chandi, accessible via a scenic trek or cable car ride.

    2. Booking and Payment

    • 2.1. A reservation and deposit (or full payment) are required to confirm the booking.
    • 2.2. Full payment must be received before the trip commences.
    • 2.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods.

    3. Cancellation and Refunds

    • 3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will depend on the notice period given before the trip departure.
    • 3.2. Deccan Trips & Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel trips under certain circumstances (e.g., insufficient bookings, adverse weather), with a full refund offered.

    4. Changes to Itinerary

    • 4.1. We may modify the itinerary due to reasons such as weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • 4.2. If significant changes are made before departure, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to accept the changes, transfer to another trip, or cancel for a full refund.

    5. Travel Insurance

    • 5.1. All customers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.
    • 5.2. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to trip commencement.

    6. Health and Medical Requirements

    • 6.1. Customers must ensure they are in good health for the trip. Pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.

    7. Code of Conduct and Compliance

    • 7.1. Customers are expected to comply with local laws and customs during the trip.
    • 7.2. Respectful behavior is expected toward fellow travelers, guides, and locals.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • 8.1. Deccan Trips & Travels Pvt. Ltd. acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other services provided by third parties. We accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from these third-party providers.
    • 8.2. We are not liable for additional expenses due to delays, accidents, or events beyond our control.

    9. Assumption of Risks

    • 9.1. Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and are responsible for your own safety.

    10. Complaints and Disputes

    • 10.1. Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to our tour guide or representative.
    • 10.2. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes through negotiation or mediation.

    11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deccan Trips & Travels Pvt. Ltd. operates.

    12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once posted on our website or communicated to the customer.

    Booking & Cancellation Policies

    • Booking: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before travel.
    • Cancellation:
      • 30+ days before departure: 25% deduction
      • 15–30 days before departure: 50% deduction
      • 7–15 days before departure: 75% deduction
      • Within 7 days: 100% deduction
      • No-show: 100% retained.
