Terms and Conditions for visiting Tiger Park Pattaya:

1. Children Under 18: Only allowed to visit the Smallest Tiger, Forest Safari, or walk around the park if they are under 160 cm tall.
2. Children Under 13: Must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
3. Visitors 16 Years and Older: Those who are 160 cm or taller can visit the Small, Smallest, Forest Safari, or walk around.
4. Visitors 18 Years and Older: Those who are 160 cm or taller can visit any type of tiger.
5. Disabled Visitors: People requiring a wheelchair or walking stick are not allowed to enter the tiger cage.
6. Reservations: Must be made at least one day before the visit.

PLEASE NOTE:
a.  National park fees has to be borne by the guest if not included in the package.
b.  SIC Transfers in Island Tours are time specific. It is advisable for guests to be in the lobby at the pick up time.
c. If the height of the child is more than the permissible limit , the additional charges will have to be paid by the guest on ground.
d. The interhotel transfers in Phi Phi island will be provided directly by the hotel or will be self managed by the guests.
e. Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
f. Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
g. We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
